Office Policies:
1. Cancellation Policy:
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
- Clients not providing 24 hours' cancelation notice will result in the client being charged full price for the booked session.
2. No-Show Policy
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service
3. Late Arrival Policy:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you are late, your session will not be extended to ensure the next client's session will not be encroached upon. But the full session price will still apply.
4. Hygiene Policy:
- Clients must maintain proper hygiene for their session.
- Poor hygiene may result in the cancellation of the session.
- Clients must remove heavy makeup to prevent linen damage or pay an additional $25 fee.
5. Health Restrictions:
- Clients cannot receive a massage if they are sick, recovering from a cold, or have any contagious illness.
- No massage will be provided for clients with severe skin conditions, broken bones, painful swelling, or injuries requiring a doctor’s note.
6. Refund Policy:
Services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out to discuss how we can make it right.
7. Membership and Package Terms:
- Memberships and prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be used within a specified timeframe.
- Unused sessions do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the membership agreement.

- Me Time Massage offers a month-to-month membership for consistent self-care.
- Benefits Include:
- (1) 60-min massage per month: $89.99.
- 10% off products and merchandise.
- Free session on the month of your 3rd appointment.
- (1) 90-min massage per month: $139.99.
- 15% off products and merchandise.
- Free session on the month of your 2nd appointment.
- (1) 60-min massage per month: $89.99.
- Membership benefits:
- Discounts can be shared if a person is added to a current member's account and is in good standing.
- Sessions roll over monthly if the membership is in good standing.
- Membership cancellations are immediate upon notification (in person, phone call, or in writing).
- Memberships cannot be shared with non-members.
