At "Me Time Massage And Bodywork Studio", we are aware of the mental, spiritual and physical wear and tear that people go through day to day in this fast paced society.  Therefore we provide a safe haven for our care recipients to receive specific massage treatments to assist in alleviating some of the stress in order to bring balance back.
